  • How is this different from a virtual assistant?

    A VA is a single freelancer on a marketplace. An Executive Partner is a named operator embedded in a LIBA pod with a team lead backstop. When your partner takes leave, nothing drops — the team lead is already in your context.

  • How is confidentiality handled?

    Every Executive Partner signs a tailored NDA before introduction. Devices are managed, access is least-privilege, and sensitive workflows (board, legal, M&A) sit behind dedicated channels.

  • Can my partner travel with me or join meetings?

    Partners join meetings on Zoom or Google Meet for note-taking and follow-up. In-person travel is available for senior engagements but not our default — most leverage comes from owning the desk, not the room.

  • What if my partner isn't the right fit?

    We replace within two weeks at no charge. The team lead bridges the handover so you don't lose context. It's rare — we hire slowly for exactly this reason.
